I'm speechless! My 7-year-old has very low pain tolerance and is scared of needles. Her regular dentist referred us to Dr Patrick Lee, DDS, because his expertise is in paediatrics. We got a same-day SOS appt (her baby tooth was holding on so tightly, blocking her permanent tooth from coming out), and her tooth extraction was done in less than 15 mins. She felt a slight pinch in her gum and cried for a few mins. Dr Lee resolved our primary concern. We both left his clinic satisfied! 🌟

I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and communication at this office. I tried multiple times to reach the doctor regarding my daughter’s dental issue, leaving voicemails, texts, and even calling the emergency line—only to receive no response. After driving 15 minutes to the office, I was informed they were closed for a week because the doctor was on break. Despite my persistence in requesting my daughter’s prior X-rays due to concerning gum issues, the doctor was unresponsive. Desperate for help, I took my daughter to another dentist, who diagnosed her with severe gum inflammation. I still wanted our regular dentist to assess her, so I reached out again, explaining the situation and her pain. When the doctor finally responded, he simply told me to go to urgent care—despite urgent care advising me to see a dentist. He then suggested a periodontist but refused to provide a referral, instead telling me to check with my insurance. Meanwhile, my daughter was in pain, crying in the background. Thankfully, I found a competent pediatric dentist who immediately addressed the issue with a simple mouth rinse—something Dr. Lee could have easily done or at least advised over the

Such a friendly office! Decorated with a Safari Jungle theme and they have a great staff. The receptionist is so sweet and the Dentists are very gentle. They even had an old 60’s Mario game in waiting room that is very nostalgic to play! Highly recommend this office to anyone with anxiety of dental offices.

I liked very much our experience with Dr. Lee. He made silver crown and composite filling for my 6 years old son. Doctor explained everything before the treatment, answered all my questions. During the treatment, he explained what he did, showed to my son and allowed to touch what tools he used. The doctor is friendly, calm and professional. One disadvantage is a long waiting of appointment.

We have been with Dr Lee for 11 years. We drive 45min to come to him. He is an excellent doctor! Very straightforward and works with you on treatment plan. He has caught issues our old dentist missed. His staff is very friendly and family orientated. I've read some of the reviews and was very surprised. Dr himself is very kind and patient. All my kids love him. My little one used to be so scared and I always sat next to him and Dr and I worked together to make it a good experience. I will continue to drive to see him and would definitely recommend!
